Charlene has been drawing since she was a child; her favorite subjects as a kid were animals, particularly birds and horses. Since then she has gone on to draw (among other things) people, plants, buildings, the occasional alien, and several variations of questionable rabbits.
Her work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, and has appeared in children's books, magazines and textbooks. She currently resides in Toronto with her husband and two cats.
